Google Calendar integration
Slotkit is a scheduling application for small teams.
Slotkit lets a team publish a booking page, define when each Host is available, and accept confirmed Bookings. The same scheduling engine is also available through a server-to-server API.
Why Slotkit connects to Google Calendar
Google Calendar is optional. A Host or authorized workspace administrator chooses whether to connect it. When connected, Slotkit uses the connection to prevent double-booking and to place the Booking in the Calendar the Host selected.
- Slotkit lists the calendars available to the connected Google account so the Host can choose conflict-check and destination Calendars.
- Slotkit checks free/busy time in the selected conflict Calendars before it offers or confirms a Slot.
- Slotkit creates, reads when recovery requires it, updates, and deletes the Slotkit-managed Booking events in the selected destination Calendar.
- Slotkit requests a Google Meet conference only when the selected Event Type requires one.
What Slotkit does not do
Slotkit does not copy external Calendar events into its own Booking records, synchronize external Calendar edits back into Slotkit, use Google Calendar data for advertising, sell Google user data, or use Google Calendar data for unrelated purposes.
Privacy and support
Read the Slotkit Privacy Policy for the data we process, how long we retain it, and how an authorized User can disconnect a Google Calendar connection. For help, contact [email protected].
